    FG Cleaning provides commercial cleaning services including window cleaning, interior cleaning, exterior cleaning, gutter and fascia cleaning, and building cleaning. All services are subject to availability and a formal quotation.

    3. Quotations & Pricing

    • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
    • Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
    • We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes
    • Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before work commences

    4. Cancellation

    Either party may cancel a scheduled service with a minimum of 48 hours' written notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

    5. Liability & Insurance

    FG Cleaning holds comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the provision of our services.

    6. Access & Site Conditions

    The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring cleaning. FG Cleaning reserves the right to decline or postpone work if site conditions are deemed unsafe.
